SLEZAK, Janina - Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 4th, 2020 at the McCall Centre in Mississauga at the age of 89 years.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Wladyslaw.
Survived by her loving children Zenon (Boguslawa), Ursula (Danny), Tedeusz (Janina) and Zbigniew (Janina).
Proud Babcia to Beata, Magdalena, Edyta, Jacek, Adam, Paulina, Malgorzata, Joana, Michelle, Victoria, and Julia. Janina will be lovingly remembered by her many great grandchildren.
