TAHULA, Anastasia 'Ann' - Died peacefully in Toronto on August 4, 2020 at the age of 97.
Anastasia was born in Athens to Eracles and Evagelia Pantazi on September 10, 1922.
She moved with her family to Florina Greece when she was young. She was the eldest of 4 children, including Vasilis, Fotini and Persephone.
She was the beloved wife of the late George and loving Mother of Florence (Jose) and Vangie (Graham).
She was the cherished grandmother of Joel, Jordan and Alexis and great grandmother of Alyssa, Jordan and Jackson.
She came to Canada in 1960, and worked as a seamstress her entire adult life.
She had a passion for working in her garden, being surrounded by beautiful flowers.
She will be dearly missed by all her extended family and friends in Canada, Greece and the U.K.
Service has taken place at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, 30 Thorncliffe Park Dr., Toronto on Thursday, August 6, 2020.
