COOK, Thomas Arthur 'Tom' - Passed away at home surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday September 22, 2020 at the age of 63.
Devoted husband of Natividad of 20 wonderful years. Proud father of Tamara (Michael), Bradley and Jorge (Carmela). Cherished Grandpa of Heidi, Marilyn, Noah and Emma.
Tom will be sadly missed by his siblings Douglas (Vivian), Vivian (Randy), Dave, and Gordon (predeceased) and his many family and friends.
He will be fondly remembered for his love of music and fishing and his radiant smile which would gleam every time he would see his grandchildren.
Thomas loved to be around others and he would give the shirt off his back to help his family and friends.

Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road, Weston, on Saturday September 26th from 2 - 9 p.m. Cremation to follow. (VISITATION is with RESTRICTIONS).
