FAVA, Adam Frank Keith - It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Adam on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at the age of 38.
Loving son of the late Tony Fava, and Kathy Connors.
Dear brother of Angela Siconolfi (Brian), and Domenic Scarmato (Melyssa).
Cherished Uncle to Anthony.
Loving stepson to Danny Scarmato.
Adam will also be sadly missed by his many Aunts, Uncles, cousins, and his many friends.
Due to COVID 19, a visitation will be held by invitation only, with cremation to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario.
