Dear mother of Colin (Pam), Raymond (Karen), Deborah, and Jennifer Emmerson (Jim), and Gran to nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Eileen was born in Surrey, England on November 23, 1921. She was a war-bride and arrived in Canada in 1945, only a few weeks after the war in Europe ended. She joined her husband in his native Toronto and together they made the city their home.
