CROMIE, Ronald Ernest - 87, of Richmond Hill. It is with heartfelt sadness we share that Ron left us peacefully on Saturday January 16, 2021.
Loving husband of Patricia (Wilgar Daniel), Children Susan (Tim) and David (Carol). Step Father to Lissa, Bob (Janet) and Susan.
Beloved Grandfather to Jennifer (Ryan), Michael (Kaitlin), Sean, Hilary, Alison (Joe), Joey, Ben (Ayva) and Dana. Great Grandfather to Owen and Emma.
Brother-in-law to Jim (Barb) Wilgar of Waterloo. Uncle to Steven, Pam, Doug, Jackie, Jay (Nancy) and Andrew (Julia).
Pre-deceased by his brother John and sister Mary.
Ron was a beloved Grandfather who enjoyed all the soccer and hockey games, local theatre productions and youth orchestra concerts that his grandchildren participated in.
Ron and Pat lived in Richmond Hill all of their married life and moved to Delmanor Retirement Home in September 2019. He thoroughly enjoyed his time there meeting many new friends and the many social activities offered.
We will say good-bye to Ron on Friday January 22, 2021 in a small family service.
Ron’s sense of humour, punctuality and sense of fun will be missed by all who knew him.
