LIWANAG, Cesar Torres - Age 73, peacefully passed away in his home on Friday, January 22, 2021 and was surrounded with the presence of his loved ones.
After a three year battle of ALS he is no longer in pain or suffering and now is in the hands of God.
Cesar is survived by his compassionate and loving wife, Perlita; his three children, Kimberly, Faye, and Erik; his six grandchildren, Rhea, Malia, Gianna, Jordan, Isaiah and Baby Magboo; his siblings, Renato Liwanag and Purita Striet; and his extended family, friends and RLC brothers.
Cesar has joined in the presence of his deceased family – his parents, Felomino and Amparo Liwanag; his siblings, Dahlia Rosario, Yolanda Hernaez and Paquito Liwanag; his grandchild, Baby Magboo; and his other extended family and friends.
Cesar was born on December 4th, 1947 in the beautiful island of Culion, Palawan, Philippines. He immigrated to Canada at the age of 26 and began a new chapter of his life with his wife and family. He shared his engineering knowledge for over 25 years as a Senior Draftsman at Ontario Hydro, in which his hard, dedicated work is still being greatly valued up to this day.
