Devoted grandfather and step-grandfather of Charles Forman, Ashley Forman, Ashton Forman, Devyn Stanleigh, Jackson Stanleigh, Scarlett Stanleigh, and Emmett Sherman.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, March 7, 2021.
