Ness KennethNESS, Kenneth Charles   -  January 25, 1938 – March 3, 2021

It is with great sadness that Ken's family announce his passing on Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at the age of 83.

His courageous battle with cancer has come to an end.

Ken leaves behind his wife, Estelle, the love of his life and best friend; son, Charles G. (Sam) Ness (Vicky), Michael Pickett (deceased); daughters, Shanda Ness- Chronowich and Michelle Gray-Dakins (Mike); grandchildren, Adam Gray, Samantha Gray (Richard), Madison Ness, Alex and Emily Chronowich; and a very special great-granddaughter, Victoria Gray; sisters, Carol, Peg (deceased); brother, Gord (deceased); brother-in-law, Fred Wallbank (Ruth) and Gower Wallbank (deceased). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A very special thank you to Dr. Wm. Tillmann for his excellent care, dedication and compassion, and his office staff.

To those who cared for Ken at Soldiers' Memorial Hospital, know it was appreciated, and to nurse Diane Campbell, for just being there over the last 20 years.

The family's thanks go out to neighbours, Champlain Seniors, Branch 34 Legion, Washago Lions and all his retired friends from the Metropolitan Toronto Police.

If desired, donations may be made to Cancer Research - SickKids Hospital or a charity of your choice.

A Celebration of a Life well lived will follow after we are free of COVID.
