BARNEY, Carol Melba - Peacefully, at home on Thursday, April 1, 2021 after a courageous battle with cancer. Carol, in her 84th year.
The beloved wife of Vern for over 60 years; loving mother of her two children, Sharon and Brian and daughter-in-law, Lisa; loving grandmother of Noah, Owen and Jennifer.
Carol lived a full life, dedicated to the community through her membership at the Rotary Club of Willowdale in Toronto and was a Paul Harris Fellow; and as an active member of St. John’s York Mills Anglican Church for over 40 years.
Due to COVID-19, visitation by appointment only, Monday April 5 and Tuesday April 6, 4:00-6:00 pm at Kane-Jerrett Funeral Home, 8088 Yonge St., Thornhill, Ontario L4J 1W3. Private funeral service due to COVID-19.
