EVANS, Dawson and Frankie - It is with hearts contorted with simultaneous pain and joy that we announce the birth and death of our twins Dawson and Frankie Evans on Thursday April 1, 2021.
Our son Dawson did not survive the birth and our daughter Frankie held on for one hour and died peacefully on Mom's chest with Dad's hands around her.
Beloved son and daughter of Dave and Brenna Evans.
Cherished grandchildren of Michele Nitkin and John and Jane Evans, and great- grandchildren of Janet Evans and the late Denis Evans, Freda Deltoff and Bert Deltoff.
Loved and missed deeply by aunts and uncles Terrah (Travis), Jessica (Jordan), Caitlin (Taylor) and Scott.
Named in honour of Denis Evans or Umpa and Bubbie Freda, may they be watched over by them and emulate the very best parts of people we love so much.
Mom and Dad are heartbroken and grateful to the medical team at Mount Sinai Hospital and the many friends and extended family who have shown us so much love and compassion during this unimaginable time.
A graveside service will take place on Monday, April 5, 2021.
