CLIFFORD, Jane (nee McCANN) - Peacefully at home with her daughter Nicole, Jane passed lovingly into Gary's embrace in heaven on March 31, 2021.
Devoted mother to Nicole and spouse Eric.
Cherished by her loving grandsons Jordan (Kelly), Sean (Mia) and Austen (Taylor) and her beautiful granddaughter Emma. Treasured memories with family in Ireland, sister Kay, brother James, Aunt Geraldine, nephew Damien, Martina and Shauna and all the Cliffords.
Remembered dearly by her friends from Etobicoke Yacht Club, Riverwood and The Tara.
