Wilkie WilliamWILKIE, William Littlejohn- It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved William on April 5, 2021 at the age of 82 years.

He is now reunited with his dear parents Mary (nee McCallum) and Charles Wilkie and his brother Thomas Wilkie.

William was the loving husband of Ella (nee Kane). He was the cherished father of Colin and his wife Heather and Ian and his wife Jen.

William will forever be the the devoted grandfather of Aidan, Tristan, Meghan and Sarah.

William will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all his family, friends and all who knew him in Canada and Scotland.

William was a man of many interests and passions including the Hamilton Academical F.C. although he could often be found watching and cheering any football game on television. As a proud Scotsman he was a proud member of The Bramalea Celtic Club but his biggest passion was his family whom he cherished and loved dearly.

In light of the current global pandemic with the present restrictions placed on group gatherings by the government, attendance at the funeral home has been restricted. As a result, the visitation and funeral service will be by invitation only.

Arrangements and livestream details for Saturday's funeral are entrusted with Scott funeral home, Brampton chapel.

In lieu of flowers, Donations in loving memory of William to the Alzheimer Society or Parkinson’s Canada would be appreciated by the family.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Crescent Hill for the love and care they showed Bill and all their family and friends who have supported them through this difficult time.
