HALKA, Maria (Wintoniak) - June 6, 1923 - April 5, 2021 -
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Maria Halka, peacefully with her daughter by her side.
She leaves behind her cherished family - daughter Stephanie (Mario, Jorge), loving grandchildren, Katherine (Scott), Kristen (Michael), John (Julianna) and adored great grandson Teddy.
Maria joins Joseph, her beloved husband of 64 years.
Maria was a gentle, loving and caring person to everyone she met. She dedicated herself to her family, friends and was an active member of her church community.
She was proud of her Ukrainian heritage and enjoyed volunteering and making varenyky on Saturday mornings. She took pleasure in social gatherings and loved being with people.
We miss you already and we are so proud to be your children and grandchildren.
Thank you all, for sharing her life’s journey. Give rest O Lord to the soul of your servant.

The funeral and visitation will be by invitation only to limit the number of people in attendance.
