Lunardo EmiliaLUNARDO, Emilia - Emilia Lunardo was born on January 8, 1935 in Guardiaregia, Campobasso, Italy and passed away on April 12, 2021 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada at the age of 86 years.

As an immigrant, she arrived with her husband and family in Toronto on February 16, 1967. She raised her family with love and devotion, worked hard, made sacrifices, maintained her culture and family values close to her heart.

Emilia was predeceased by her beloved husband, Domenicangelo, who passed away December 16, 2007.

She is the loving mother of Franco (Vita), Angelo (Antonietta), Mario (Fiorella), and Carmela.

Cherished grandmother of Emily (Claudio), Domenic (Cristina), Paolina (Mike), Emily (John-Anthony), Josie (Guido), Domenic, Julien, Jonathan, Alysia, and Brianna and great-grandmother of Isabella, Jessica, Angelina, Joseph, and Gianfranco.

The Lunardo family greatly appreciates your gestures of sympathy and words of condolences at this very difficult time.

Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, the visitation and services will remain private for the family only. For those family and friends not able to attend due to the restrictions in place and would like to view the Funeral Mass, it will be livestreamed on Thursday, April 15th at 10:30am from the website of Jerrett funeral home, St. Clair chapel.

The entombment service will follow the Mass at Prospect Cemetery, and will be private to immediate family members only.

She will be loved, deeply missed and forever remembered by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers, sister, extended family and friends in Italy and in Canada.
