Wright WayneWRIGHT, Wayne   - It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Wayne Wright, after a long struggle with MDS (a pre- leukemia blood disorder).

He passed away March 25, 2021, at his eldest daughter's home in Georgia, assisted by home hospice care and surrounded by love throughout his final days.

He fought to the end, and leaves behind heartbroken daughters, Michelle (Dan) Coady and Susanne Turner along with sons, Bryan (Naomi) and Steven (Allison) Wright.

He was a beloved grandfather to Katie, Brian, Mackenzie, Mark, Jason and Lilyanna.

Wayne was one of the Great Ones and the world is less bright without him.

For those lives he touched, he left an indelible mark as a man of incredible decency, honour, and loyalty and his passing leaves a void for all who knew him, including his huge circle of friends, many of whom he had known since grade school, as well as nieces, nephews and in-laws.

There is no mentioning Wayne without Wendy, his beloved wife, with whom he had a fairy tale marriage of 51 years.

They were attached at the hip and their devotion to each other was touching and inspiring to all who knew them.

Wayne was devastated by Wendy's sudden passing in 2016 and had to work hard to find his smile again.

Wayne lead a beautiful life, one filled with grace, love and devotion.

Looking forward to sharing fun stories and memories at his Celebration of Life to be scheduled this summer (date to be announced).
