Angus KentANGUS, Calvin Kent - July 31, 1952 - April 24, 2021 -

We are saying goodbye to Kent on behalf of the hundreds of us who shared a best friend, a loyal and loving man who made us all strive to be better human beings.

This is going to be a very long goodbye for many of us.

But Kent made sure we would find each other and find comfort in this time of sorrow because he led us to each other through his devotion to all he called family and friend.

Kent lived his life defining what professional and personal accountability truly meant. If Kent said it could be done, he did it with humour, integrity, and professionalism. These qualities took seed in his early years where he learned to fly with his brother and father, career pilots, and as often as possible, he took to flying their family Cessna to their French River cottage where 100 years of family tradition called him home.

Kent is survived by his lifelong partner Donna, her daughter Keri, brother Brian (Dorothy), his family Shawn (Kelly), Ryan (Melissa), Rod (Jennifer), mother-in-law Marie Kidd, brothers- and sisters-in-law Joyce (Ivan), Eleanor (Winston), Glen (Eve), Doris (Dave), Jane (Ann), and many nieces, nephews, and their children. He will also be dearly missed by many friends.
