Love Kathleen KayLOVE, Kathleen 'Kay' Margaret - (March 14, 1935 - May 12, 2021)

Born in London, Ontario March 14, 1935.

Passed peacefully at home May 12, 2021.

Loving wife to John B. Love (deceased), beloved mother and best friend of Jain Parish (Rod) and Rebecca Parish. Much loved sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend.

Kay, as she was known to all, graduated from Victoria Hospital School of Nursing, London, Ontario 1955. She went on to a career in nursing, with a brief time as a TCA stewardess. Kay ended her nursing career at the Shouldice Hospital.

With John, Kay had many happy years travelling, sailing and skiing.

She was a long-time member of Taoist Tai Chi®?. Through her activities, Kay made many friends who will remember her dearly.

Missed by her sisters: Amy (Wentworth), Patricia (Orville, deceased). Aunt to Kathy (Joe), Stewart (deceased), Jim, Stephen (Michele), Andrew (Nohemy). Great nephews: Francis and Gabriel. Stepmother, grandmother, and great-grandmother to the extended Love family: David (Shanmarie), Paul, Mark (Debbie), grandchildren: David, Cheryl, Sarah (Paul), Emma (Kyle). Great-grandchildren: Nathan, Jax, Sierra, Vienna.

Kay is predeceased by her parents Thomas Brown Stewart and Shirley Maud Gale and by her stepmother Vera Audrey (Schott) Stewart.

Private arrangements for cremation have been made with burial to follow in the family plot at a later date. Arrangements entrusted with Ward funeral homes, Weston chapel.
