Jefferson Allen A.J. JEFFERSON, Allen 'A.J.' Franklin - On Tuesday, May 11, 2021, The Jefferson Family lost their hero, affectionately known as A.J. Allen Franklin Jefferson passed away peacefully in his sleep surrounded by glorious white sand and crystal clear ocean which he loved.

Allen was born on November 27, 1960, in Toronto, Ontario.

Beloved son of Marie and now reunited with his father Walter Jefferson. Loving husband and best friend of Patricia Susini. Cherished father of Sidney (Kyle Grandilli) and Taylor.

A.J will be fondly remembered by his sister Brenda McLean (Scott), his nieces Cali, Sami, extended family and many friends. His time, affection and love for his family was endless.

Allen was known by family and friends as a loving, devoted and supportive husband, father, son and brother as well as a distinguished business man, philanthropist, master story-teller, with a trustworthy, down to earth, easy-going personality.

Allen was a golf enthusiast, natty dresser, an accomplished traveller and a history buff. He created his own fashion trends; beautifully made suits, colourful shirts, with shoes that were one of a kind. His pocket square, belt and cuff links were the final touch of his elegance, always looking debonair.

He was a handsome man, with a beautiful smile, a great sense of humour, and stunning blue eyes that could make anyone fall in love with him.

Allen travelled extensively. He loved and valued VIP service as he believed that what you offer to others is what you will get in return. He saw the world as a beautiful creation that needed to be explored. He rarely travelled alone, for he always wanted to share his love of the world with his family and friends. His adventures were unforgettable and they could never be duplicated.

He was always on the go, never staying in one place for too long. A rare combination of someone who had an undeniable love for life and a firm understanding of what was important - the simplicity of living a life with those you love. Allen was a very compassionate individual, always expressed his outward affection to others.

Anyone who knew Allen, knew that he would give the shirt off his back, willing to help anyone in need. His heart was always the biggest in the room.

There will be NO OPEN PUBLIC VISITATION. Private Family Funeral Service arrangements and Livestream service details are entrusted with Scott Funeral Home Chapel, Woodbridge.

Private Interment Saturday, May 22nd at Glendale Memorial Gardens following the Funeral Service

In Allen’s memory donations to Autism Speaks Canada would be appreciated by the family as it was dear to Allen’s heart
