CHEUNG, Fung Yee 'Fanny' 張曾鳳儀夫人 - (1947 - 2021) - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mrs. Fanny Fung Yee Cheung on June 4, 2021 in Toronto, Ontario.
She is survived by her son Patrick and daughter Pauline.
Born on June 27, 1947 in Hong Kong, China, Fung Yee was the second youngest of four siblings. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend, who always looked out for the well-being of everyone around her.
Fung Yee was loyal to her faith as a Roman Catholic. She enjoyed taking pilgrimages to holy sites around the world with fellow parishioners. Fung Yee loved singing, tai chi, and dim sum gatherings with friends and family. She will be sorely missed and her laughter will always be remembered in our hearts.
Funeral service for Mrs. Fanny Fung Yee Cheung will take place on Friday, June 11th, with visitation starting at 9am. Please note that due to Covid-19 restrictions, attendance will be limited and must be pre-registered with the family by June 10. There will be a livestream of the service beginning at 9:45am on June 11 via Ogden funeral home.
