CHRISTIE, David - March 21, 1932 - June 12, 2021
David passed peacefully at home in Wasaga Beach, surrounded by his family after a brief illness.
Loving husband to Faye for 69 years. The best dad to David (predeceased) (Patti), Karen (Nick, predeceased) and Donald (Kim).
Adored grandfather to Catherine (Jack), Jennifer, Jeffrey, Stephen (Samantha) and Kevin and his girlfriend Katie. Great-grandfather to Elise, Nick and Jasmine.
Also loving uncle to his many nieces and nephews.
He will also be missed by his brother Bob (Linda, predeceased).
Dave enjoyed simple things in life: family, friends, reading the paper and listening to radio talk shows.
His neighbours will miss his cheery hello and chats during his daily walks.
The world is a better place having known Dave's shining spirit. He showed us all that an individual can make a huge impact with their life.
A private family service will be held and a celebration of life in Wasaga Beach at a future date.
