BURTENSHAW, Muriel Irene - Passed away peacefully in her 97th year on June 10, 2021, comforted by the love of her family and friends.
Beloved mother of Stephen (Marnie) and Cheryl.
Predeceased by husband Leonard, her sisters Annie (William Raymond, deceased), Esther (Jim Oliver, deceased), and Violet (Francis Craig).
Survived by her brother Charles Cook (Barbara, deceased), sisters Robena (Stanley McNeice, deceased) and Lillian Bell.
She will be greatly missed by her children, surviving siblings, extended family members, and friends.
Muriel’s family wishes to thank the medical and nursing staff responsible for her care, and everyone else for their condolences, prayers, and support.
Due to COVID restrictions, the visitation and funeral services will be held privately by invitation only. While the family wishes you could all be with them in their time of loss, they appreciate your kind words and condolences.
