MONARDO, Caterina - Our beloved mother, peacefully passed away on Friday, June 18, 2021 in her 92nd year, surrounded by her family.
Although we are deeply saddened over her loss, we are also extremely grateful that she lived to celebrate many wonderful occasions in her life.
Beloved wife to Giovanni (Pre-deceased 2017).
Cherished by her children Pasquale (Maria), Mary (Salvatore), and Teresa (Michele).
Adored and loved by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren Rosemary (Richard), Francesco (Abril), Giovanni (Guiche), Daniele, Gianluca, Alessio, Sofia, Luca, Siena, Francesco, Alessandra, Giulianna and Salvatore.
Sadly missed by her four sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends. We will miss her dearly, but her memory will be cherished forever in our hearts.
Relatives and friends are welcomed at Bernardo Funeral Homes, Dufferin Chapel, Toronto on Monday, June 21st. Due to the COVID-19 CAPACITY restrictions, visitations are limited to a specified number of attendees. Please RSVP in advance.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 22nd at 10:00 a.m. in St. Charles Borromeo Church (811 Lawrence Avenue W., at Dufferin Street. Due to the COVID-19 CAPACITY restrictions, Attendees must register in advance to attend the Funeral Mass.
Private Entombment to follow.
If desired, donations can be made to The Dementia Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County or The Canadian Cancer Society.
