ROCCOSANTO, Angelo - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Angelo at the age of 84. He passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on the morning of Tuesday July 27, 2021.
Angelo was a devoted husband to his loving wife Rosa (married 62 years) and proud father of his son Nick and daughter-in-law Antonietta.
Angelo will always be loved and cherished by his two grandchildren Angelo and Rosanne, to whom he left with many fond memories. He will also be greatly missed by his favourite dog Toby.
Angelo was born in San Gregorio Magno, Italy and came to Canada in 1952.
He will be dearly missed by his brother Jerry and his sister-in-laws (Domenica and Rosa). He will be held dear in the hearts of his nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and many friends. He will now be reunited with his brother Vincenzo, sister-in-law Giuseppina, brother-in-law Vincenzo, and his parents Nicola and Maria.
Visitation will be held at Bernardo Funeral Home, Dufferin Chapel, Toronto on Friday, July 30th. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Fidelis Church (33 Connie St. – Rustic Rd., east of Keele St.) on Saturday, July 31st, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Face masks are mandatory and physical distancing must be practiced. Entombment will follow.
Donations in memory may be made to Hospital for Sick Children.
