WARNER, John William   -  It is with deep and profound sadness that we announce the passing of John William Warner, age 76.

John faced his serious medical issues with courage, grace, humour and strength from our dear Lord.

John often spoke lovingly of his family, friends, food, travels and his beloved Toronto Maple Leafs.

He was a longtime dedicated member of The Royal Canadian Legion and at one time belonged to the Toronto Auxiliary Police.

His cheerful attitude, laughter and corny jokes will be missed by all who knew him.

John is survived by his loving wife Catherine "Bernice" Warner (McKillop), sons Paul (Rosalind), Shawn (Rona) and step-daughter Kim Todd (Steve) and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Cremation has taken place at Brampton Crematorium and Visitation Centre.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to a charity of your choice is requested by the family.

A memorial service will take place at the time of interment when John will be buried with his beloved wife Bernice in New Brunswick.
