CHERNOW, Susan - On September 13, 2021 at age 71.

Susan was born in Rochester, New York, and proudly maintained her US citizenship. She was a licensed social worker who used her skills and talents in both organizational settings and with private individuals.

She was dedicated to her profession and maintained her professional credentials even when she did not actively practice.

Susan was passionate about the arts.

She was an opera devotee, sang in the choir at Holy Blossom Temple, attended the Toronto International Film Festival without fail and took part in flamenco dancing lessons and performances for many years.

She is predeceased by her parents, Abraham Chernow & Marjorie Zelansky Chernow.

She is survived by her children, Amanda & Ira Feldman; and by many loving cousins and friends.

Funeral Services will be held on SUNDAY, September 19, 2021, at 10 AM in the Sanctuary of Temple Beth El (139 Winton Rd. S.).  Interment, Mt. Hope Cemetery.

Donations in Susan's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
