MacINNES, Dr. Charles Donald "Charlie" - November 22, 1937 – September 14, 2021
It is with sorrow filled hearts the family and friends of Charlie announce his peaceful passing in Uxbridge, Ontario, at the age of 83.
Predeceased by his parents, Donald and Jane MacInnes (nee Leggat).
He will be dearly missed by his siblings, Bev (Margaret), Abby and Kate Butler (Michael – deceased), (Matthew (Jenny), Stuart (Iraida) and Ainslie (Jason)).
He will be deeply missed by numerous friends far and wide. Born in Montreal, Quebec, Charlie's passion for research and wildlife took him across the globe.
Most notable is his work studying the ecology of multiple goose species, his role in the Rabies Unit at the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources, and his presence within the dog fancy community across Canada.
Charlie touched the lives of many and will be fondly remembered for his quirky character and kind heart.
