ZAYDIK, Faruk - Passed away on Wednesday, September 22, 2021.
He was born in Instanbul, Turkey and he immigrated to London, Ontario where he met Ruth Zaydik.
They were married on September 14, 1957. They had four sons, Tarik (Kim), Erol, Ali (Anna) and Nuri.
He was actively involved with the Ontario Soccer Association as a referee until the age of 80 years old.
He will be deeply missed by his five grandchildren, Erin, Erol, Ayla, Leyla and Isaiah.
He is survived by his brothers and sisters – Muammer, Nadim, Nadide and Zehra.
A graveside service will take place in London on Monday September 27, 2021.
