DUNN, Joan (nee JOHNAN LUKE) - February 14, 1930 - October 10, 2021
On October 10, 2021, Joan passed peacefully at her residence, at the age of 91.
Born in Newtown Saint Boswells, and raised in Peebles, Scotland, Joan immigrated to Montreal in 1955, where she met and married her beloved husband of almost 59 years, John Dunn.
Together, they relocated to Toronto in 1980, where she lived for the remainder of her days.
She leaves behind her husband John, family members, and many friends all over the world.
Joan was a loyal employee of the Royal Bank of Canada for 64 years.
Her passions included her career, the arts, dining out, shopping and being pampered at the salon!
According to Joan's wishes, her body has been donated to the University of Toronto, School of Anatomy for anatomical studies and medical research, thereby making a unique contribution to the advancement of medicine.
