BUDD, Patricia Jeanne (nee Gilchrist) - It is with broken and wounded hearts that we share the news of the passing of our mom, Patricia Jeanne Budd (nee Gilchrist), on October 10th, 2021at the age of 76, after a very short battle with cancer.
Recently predeceased by her dear husband and life partner, Larry; beloved sister to Karen (Wilford); loving mother to Kim (Paul) and Kelly (Michael); cherished “Nanoo” to Jillian, Eric (Madelyn), Matthew (Kailyn), Kyle, and Ella and beloved aunt to Jason (Louise), Connor and Walker.
Pat was happiest surrounded by family, enthusiastically sharing in trips, events and achievements with her grandchildren and nephews.
Pat will be missed by so many longtime friends whose company she so cherished.
A longtime employee of Peel District School Board, Pat found purpose in serving students and their families for over thirty years.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Hospital for Sick Children or the Canadian Cancer Society
Arrangements are entrusted with Ward funeral homes. Respecting the current situation and pandemic restrictions, the Funeral Service will be private.
