Left behind his loving wife, three children, and brothers and sisters.
He had a successful business providing DJ services and sound equipment rental for special occasions such as wedding and schools.
A strong-willed man who valued family and the pursuit of higher education as a means to inspire change.
Loved sports and helping guide others. Dearly missed by all.
Respecting the current situation and pandemic building restrictions, visitation and service for Billie will be private, and by invitation only. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 16, 2021.
