SMREKAR, Annice - May 4, 1964 - October 17, 2021
With broken hearts, the family of Annice Smrekar would like to announce her passing on October 17, 2021, at the age of 57.
Survived by her loving husband Rob of 32 years, and three amazing daughters Tiffany (Alex), Lauren (Mark), and LeeAnn (Mete).
She will be remembered by her sister Jane (Bryan) and her nieces Valerie, Brittney, and Katelyn, and her many friends and family.
Predeceased by her parents Gordon and Iris Knowles, and her loving companion of 16 years, Jersey.
The family would like to thank Credit Valley Hospital Cancer Centre, Sunnybrook Hospital Odette Cancer Centre, and the Princess Margaret Hospital from the bottom of their hearts for all their kind and compassionate care.
Visitation will be held at Oakview Funeral Home, in Oakville, on Thursday, October 21, from 5-8 p.m. Due to COVID-19 restrictions the service will be invitation only. We strongly encourage everyone to come pay their respects during the visitation hours.
In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation for Lung Cancer Research.
