LIMA, Laurinda Brito - Passed away on Friday, October 22, 2021.
Our mom was born in Portugal in 1930, came to Canada in 1971 with the love of her life, our dad, Alberto de Azevedo Lima. They wanted us to have a good life, be successful, have a good education and be happy. We made them proud.
Our mom raised us to be good mothers, loving wives to Tony and Anibal and to treasure our children, Andrew, Jannette and Anthony.
But her life was complete with Andrew marrying Caitlin and giving her the most adorable great-grand children, Owen and Austin.
Anthony married Becca and blessed her with Evie Jade. Jannette was her only granddaughter and always brought her the biggest smile and was her sunshine.
Our mom was the rock of our family and the love of our family. She prayed for all us to have great lives, to be happy and always be closed to each other. She travelled to teach us life was worth living. She looked radiant always and her legacy of love, respect, beauty, prosperity and love will live on for ever.
All our hearts are broken without her but in spirit she will guide us, carry us and hug us eternally. Anyone that knew our mom was blessed. She will be remembered for her beautiful smile and love. We all will miss her so much. She would want us to laugh, hold each other in our hearts and carry on.

Visitation will be held at Bernardo Funeral Homes, Dufferin Chaprl, Toronto on Monday, October 25th, 2021 from 9:00am - 11:00am. The service will take place at St. Mary's Church, 130 Bathurst Street, Toronto on Monday, October 25th, 2021 at 12:00pm.
