KING, John Woodford - Worked for the government of Ontario.
He started in 1973 with the Ministry of Community Social Services as a mail messenger.
He was then transferred to Management Secretariat and retired on disability in 2013.
He worked for 40 years as a faithful and loyal worker. John barely missed a day of work.
He leaves behind his beloved wife of 43 years, Susan and daughter Victoria (Torrie), his mother Grace King.
Pre-deceased by his father Rev. Cannon Charles Rupert King, his sister Ruth and brother-in-law Eric O'Brien, his sister-in-law Lou Ann and her husband John Fuller, brother-in-law Rick and his wife Maryanne Meffer, brother-in-laws Paul Meffen and David Meffen.
John will also be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews and eight beautiful great-nieces and many friends and family.
Visitation will be held at G. H. Hogle Funeral Home, Etobicke on Wednesday October 27, 2021 from 7:00pm - 9:00pm. The service will take place in the chapel on Thursday October 28, 2021 at 11:00am.
