MOWLES, Lillian Anna (Phillips) - Passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 24, 2021 at the age of 102, surrounded by her family at home.
Dear wife to the late Russell Clarence, and loving mother to John (late Paulette), Jim (Peggy), Tom (late Linda), and Lillian “Lally” (Bill).
Cherished Mommom to Laura (Jonathon), Philip, Aeden (Darryl), and Great-Mommom to Eleanor.
Daughter of Thomas Phillips (born in Greece) and Mary Ellen Boland (born in Ireland).
She will be missed by her friends and her many furry companions Taffy, Blue, Zak, Pebbles, Allie, Katie, Timmy and Cindy.
Lillian was a long-time resident of Richmond Hill and had 102 incredible years creating lasting family traditions.
In her lifetime, she never missed a yearly trip to the Canadian National Exhibition, reading her family The Night Before Christmas every Christmas eve, or taking a drive down Bellwoods Avenue to share her childhood memories of where she grew up.
We love you Maw, Mom, Mommy, Mommom! You will forever be in our hearts.
A private family service will take place.
