Stephenson BruceSTEPHENSON, J. Bruce   - It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness that we announce the passing of Bruce, on Friday, November 26, 2021, at 74 years of age.

He died peacefully, with his wife by his side, at the Mississauga site of Trillium Health Partners.

Bruce was the beloved husband of Judy Frisk for 39 years.

He is also missed by both sides of his family: sister, Janice Read, brother-in-law, Derek Read, niece, Holly, grandnephew Nathan, and sister-in-law, Ginny Frisk, brother-in-law, Craig Steverango, and nephew, Luke.

Bruce was born April 14, 1947, in Montreal, Quebec, to John and Doris Stephenson.

He became a successful, well-respected aerospace financial executive, initially at RCA/Spar Aerospace before retiring from COMDEV.

It was his home away from home and its members were his second family.

Bruce knew when he married Judy, he would become a globe-trotter, and trot the globe they did to Australia, New Zealand, Africa, Asia, South America, Europe, Hawaii and the continental USA.

Their last two trips were spent in southern Portugal, soaking up the local hospitality, wonderful wines and delicious food. Bruce will be greatly missed by his many friends here and afar.

"May the road rise up to meet you. May the wind be always at your back.

May the sun shine warm upon your face, the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of his hand."

There will not be a service at the present time.
