SALINS, Helen Rachel - August 30, 1944 - December 30, 2021
Passed away on Thursday, December 30, 2021, surrounded by her children, at the age of 77.
Survived by her husband of almost 60 years Joseph, sons Edward and Christopher, daughter Pramila, and grandchildren Isabel and Eva of Toronto. Sisters Sheila, Shoba (Andrew) and Indrani (Samuel) of India and their families.
The family wishes to thank the Palliative Care team of Dr. Go, Nurse Chelsea and PSW Asmeret for their care.
Helen was an extraordinary cook, a lifelong Elvis fan and devoted to her faith, family and fur babies.
Her warmth, elegance and kindness touched the lives of everyone she met. She will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be held at the Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Ave. E., Scarborough, on Monday, January 3, 2022 from 4-7 p.m. A Private Family Service will be held on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at 11 a.m.
