ELTHERINGTON, Bruce Donald (Don) - Don passed away peacefully at home on December 29, 2021 in his 94th year.
Predeceased by his beloved wife Marion.
Loving dad to John (Janet), Brad (Holly), Rob (Vicky) and Lynn (Trevor).
Special Papa to Mary Beth (Terry), Kim (Jonathan), Aaron (Erin), Megan, Haley, Jake, Daniel, Reid, Grace, Emily, and Elizabeth. Wonderful great-grandfather to Beau, Jack, Edan, Colt, Brad, Ryder, Duke, Hudson, Quinn, and Phoenix.
Don was a dedicated husband of 70 years to Marion and was filled with unwavering love and support for his family.
He was such a steady presence, and would quickly lend a hand whenever needed.
He retired after working 42 years at General Electric, and continued to enjoy bowling, card-playing and, of course, spending time with the love of his life.
He was wrapped in warmth and humour, and will be sorely missed.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Precious Minds Support Services or Hospital for Sick Children are appreciated.
The family will not be having a service at this time.
