FOSTER, Mary Lee Foster - 1928 - 2022 Passed away peacefully on January 18, 2022 in Toronto, Ontario in her 94th year (formerly of Elmvale, Belwood and Elora). Mary will be dearly missed by her children Margaret (the late Brent) Ireton, Ian (Doris) Foster; her grandchildren Meghann, Brittany, Kristen and Julie.
Pre-deceased in 2012 by her devoted husband Ted of 57 years and in 2021 by her sister Margaret.
Born on June 14th 1928 in Wigtownshire, Scotland to Alexander and Jessie Lee Gordon; Mary moved to Canada in April 1964 with Ted, Margaret and Ian.
Mary had several rewarding careers in her long life. She was a Registered Industrial Nurse in Glasgow when she met Ted and married in 1955; followed by a successful career in Real Estate for many years in Barrie.
An avid baker Mary also loved flowers, reading and crossword puzzles.
Mary and Ted enjoyed many years of travelling throughout their married life as well as many good years together at their winter home in Florida.
Finally reunited with the love of her life. May she Rest In Peace.
