ROSS, Irene June (nee PORAYKO) - Peacefully, with family by her side, on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, in her 90th year.
Irene has now happily joined her beloved husband Douglas.
Loving mother of Karen (Bill) Patrick, Jeff (Eva) Ross, Marty (Candis) Ross and Mary Jayne (Brian) Feeley.
Adored grandmother of Meaghan, Lauren, Michael, Alexander, Zachary, Matthew, Cailey, Robyn and Spencer and great-grandmother to four.
Sister of Robert and Paul Porayko of Oshawa and the late Olga, Sophie, John and Gary Porayko.
She will be sadly missed by her many friends and extended family.
A heartfelt thank you to all of the staff at Cummer Lodge, especially the compassionate and loving angels of 2 South.
Cremation has occurred.
We hope you will join us to celebrate Irene's life sometime on Friday, April 22nd, at 11:00 a.m., at Islington United Church, 25 Burnhamthorpe Road, Etobicoke. Luncheon to follow. Face masks are required.
