Baker StephenBAKER, Stephen George "Steve"   -  Born May 26, 1941, son of the late Steve and Dorothy (Ironside) Baker, passed away suddenly but peacefully, surrounded by his family, April 7, 2022.

Steve is survived by his best friend and partner, Helen (Walter) Mean; proud Father of Susan Baker, Katharine (Vic) McLean; Janet (Eric) Lajoie; equally proud Grandfather of Quinn, Alexis, Zane, Knox and Reese; Lifetime friend, Michael Hennessey and his partner, Frank DeTurse, and sadly missed by many neighbours and friends and, of course, his furry kids.

Steve was a retired Bell Canada employee.

We have sent a message to the Pearly Gates to have an ample supply of caffeine-free diet Pepsi on hand, an added chuckle to watch out for the next person that walks through the gates and mentions Roy McIlroy's name.

Steve's wishes: no service - a cremation has taken place.

If so desired as your expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Lung Association, animal welfare or cancer research would be appreciated.
