WILLETT, Donna Merele Willett   -   79, passed peacefully, at home on Friday, September 30, 2022.

Beloved daughter of the late Raymond and Angelina Willett, she was born on July 19, 1943.

Donna is survived by her siblings: Rev. Hugh (Alice) Willett, Ottawa, ON, Rev. Jackson (Elaina) Willett, Kingston, NB, Barbara (Carl) Norden, Toronto, ON, Nancy (Reuben) Hatt, Mount Uniacke, NS, and Bryan (Shirley) Willett, Bridgetown, NS.

Donna was predeceased by her sister, Elizabeth Ann.

A native of Nova Scotia, Toronto was her home for 59 years.

Donna enjoyed a long career at Simpson's and The Bay.

She was a beloved member of the Yorkminster Park Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday school and was involved in many church activities.

Donna was also involved in several local charities which allowed her to support her community. She was a loving woman who will be missed by her church, community, and family.

A memorial service and reception will be held at Yorkminster Park Baptist Church, 1585 Yonge Street in Toronto, on Saturday, October 22nd, at 11:00 a.m.

A graveside service will be held in Nova Scotia at the Nictaux Baptist Cemetery on November 5th, at 11:30 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, Donna has asked that donations be made to the House of Compassion or Dorcas through Yorkminster Park Baptist Church.
