Lev EileenLEV, Eileen   -  On Sunday, October 9, 2022, Eileen Lev, 90, entered into the presence of her Lord and Saviour.

Eileen endured many challenges in her last days, but her faith was unwavering and she anticipated going to be with Jesus, her husband and her parents. Her firm faith gave her peace.

Beloved wife of Milan; loving mother of Paul (Michele) and Deb (Nico); grandmother to Fionna, Kyle, Jeanri, Francois, Jurgens and Madelein; and great-grandmother to Areli.

Eileen will be missed by her family and by a large community of friends.

Eileen moved to Toronto from Minitonas, Manitoba, as a teenager, eager to make a life for herself in the city.

Throughout her life she worked for various insurance companies and demonstrated a hardworking, conscientious and loyal attitude; which was how she lived her life and modelled this for her children.

Eileen was involved in various Czech organizations and was a longtime member of the Czechoslovak Baptist Church in Toronto; singing soprano in the choir and teaching Sunday School. City Centre Baptist Church became her new home in later years.

Friends are invited to Eileen's Celebration of Life at City Centre Baptist Church, 1075 Eglinton Ave. W., Mississauga, on Monday, October 24, 2022. Visitation will be at 11:00 a.m. until the Service begins at 12:00 p.m.

As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Czechoslovak Baptist Convention, c/o Donna Nesvadba, 138 First Ln., Elora, ON N0B 1S0.
