McGREGOR, Margaret Charlotte, (Peggy) (nee WEIR)   -  1923 - 2022  Peggy passed away peacefully on October 25, 2022 at Meighen Manor, Toronto, in her 100th year.

Longtime resident on Broadway Avenue and employee of Sunnybrook Family Practice.

Predeceased by her husband, Donald McGregor, her sisters, Edythe Pearson and Shirley Hodge, her son-in-law, Greg Shea, niece, Sheila (Hodge) Smith and nephews, David McGregor, Alan Dow and Brian Dow.

Survived by her two children, John of Toronto and Pat of Ottawa, as well as her niece, nephews and many cousins.

Special thanks to PSWs Madge, Pam and Lisa whose kind care and friendship enabled mom to remain in her home for many years and to the staff at Meighan Manor who cared for her and kept her comfortable over the last three years.

Please join us to celebrate Peggy's life in the Rosedale Room of the Humphrey Funeral Home A.W. Miles – Newbigging Chapel, 1403 Bayview Avenue, at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 29th.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to YMCA Canada, your local Humane Society or Meighen Manor and would be appreciated by the family.
