LECKER, Milton - It is with great sadness that the family of Milton Lecker announces his passing on Saturday, November 19, 2022, in Toronto.
Born February 13, 1946.
If the value of one's life is in proportion to the love and loyalty he gives, then Milton was a most valuable soul.
He was an innovator with his work as restauranteur and chocolatier.
A philosopher of sorts, Milton was a mentor to many. Genuine, enthusiastic, and compassionate, he cared deeply for family and friends.
In Winnipeg, his birthplace, and then Toronto in his adult life, old friends and new remained steadfast.
He will be sadly missed by his most beloved son, Adam (Barbie and Alexis); his partner, Dorothy Melnick; his brother, Brian; sisters, Barbara, Rivka, and Carolyn (Mark Guslits).
So too, his friends grieve as do all who had the good fortune to really know him.
Milton's funeral took place in Toronto at Benjamin's Memorial Chapel, and he was laid to rest at Pardes Chaim cemetery, Richmond Hill.
