COPE, Mildred Cathryn Higgins   -   November 11, 1925 - February 2, 2023

 

Passed away peacefully, surrounded by love.

 

Predeceased by her devoted parents, Leo and Mae Higgins; the love of her life, John; her beloved son, Craig; and her much-loved grandchildren, Jennifer Dean Khayat and Michael Cope. Celebrating her life and mourning her passing are her children: Linda Dean (Dave), Karin MacIsaac (the late Michael), Laury Cope (Wendy), Paula Darlington (Steve); and her daughter-in-law, Wendy.

Much-loved grandmother and great-grandmother. Special aunt to Lesley Higgins; and dear sister-in-law to Linda Higgins.

 

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Clare Inn (1300 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario M3C 2K9), St. John the Apostle Church (88 Patrick Street, Kingston, Ontario K7K 3P1) or the Alzheimer Society of Toronto.

 

Visitation will take place on Wednesday, February 8th, from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at St. Bonaventure Church.

 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, February 9th, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Bonaventure Church.
