DAVIS, Ethel Laura - It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Ethel, at home on Monday, March 20, 2023, at the age of 101 years, while surrounded by her family.
Ethel was predeceased by her loving husband, Vic, after a blessed 69 years together.
Ethel was the youngest of nine children and was predeceased by all her siblings.
Mom will be sadly missed by her daughter, Marg, and her husband, Keith Carbert; and by her daughter, Carol, and her husband, Bill Hall.
Ethel will be fondly remembered by her nieces, Dorothy Borron and Barbara Jarvis (husband, Harry); grandnieces, grandnephews and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, from 2 - 4 p.m., at McDougall & Brown Funeral Home, 2900 Kingston Rd. (east of St. Clair).
Funeral Service will be on Friday, March 24, 2023, at 11 a.m. at Immanuel Baptist Church, 1100 Finch Ave. E. (at Don Mills). Burial will follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Immanuel Baptist Church or a charity of your choice in remembrance of Ethel.
