GOSSELIN, Marie Madeleine - Passed away peacefully, on March 2, 2023, in Sunnybrook Hospital, after a life well-lived.
She was predeceased by her parents, Mary and Gabriel.
Madeleine was a longtime employee of I.I.M. Insurance and a popular neighbour in her Lawrence Park area.
Dear "Auntie" of Linda McLean of London, Ontario, "stepmother" to Heather Kirkness (Ray) of Sudbury, Mary "Sandy" Watt (Giuseppe D'Amata) of Gainesville, Florida, and Fiona Johnson (Kevin) of Toronto.
She was the beloved "Boompie" to Duncan Johnson of Toronto, Andrew "Andy" Kirkness (Ethel) of Toronto, Scott Kirkness (Sarah) of Carlyle, Saskatchewan, and Colleen Kirkness of Waverley, Nova Scotia.
Always charming and glamorous, she will be missed for as long as he lives by her longtime companion, William (Bill) Watt. "Good night, sweetheart."
Interment will be held on April 15, 2023, at 11 a.m. at Mount Hope Cemetery, Toronto, followed by a Memorial Mass, at 4:30 p.m. at Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Church, Toronto.
