VESEY, Kenneth George  -

January 9, 1942 – March 15, 2023

Ken passed away unexpectedly at home, on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at the age of 81.

Ken was predeceased by his life partner, Annette Lewthwaite; and his parents, George and Eva Vesey. Ken will be fondly remembered by his friends, Carol Gergioff and Aldo Conte; as well as many extended family members and friends.

Ken will always be known for his king heart, his humour, warm personality and willingness to help others.

Flying has been a very important part of his life beginning with flying model airplanes with his Dad as a kid, to earning his solo piolet license in 1978 and then owning his beloved plane "Dusty."

Ken was an avid skier for many years and became a member of the Ski Patrol Team in the Collingwood area.

Many memories and friendships were made at the Brampton Flying Club, the Ski Club, at the cottage on Eugenia Lake and in his neighbourhood. He spent the majority of his working life in the Facilities Division of General Electric and Ericsson Canada.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., on Monday, April 3, 2023, from 10-11 a.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at 11 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to your favourite charity.
