Baudains LintonBAUDAINS, Linton   -

October 20, 1931 - March 5, 2023

It is with extreme sadness that we announce the death of Linton Baudains.

He was the only son of the late Gordon Baudains and the late Stella Lagacé.

He graduated from McGill University in electrical engineering and worked his entire career at Alcan.

He leaves behind his wife, Diane Vinette; his mother-in-law, Cécile Vinette; his sister-in-law, Lise Vinette (André Côté) and their family, of whom his niece, Isabelle Martin (Yves David); his brother-in-law, Denis Vinette (late Ann Sibley); and his nieces, Nicole Vinette and Natalie Vinette (Todd Bergeron), and their children, Benjamin, Theodore and Charlotte Ann. He also leaves the children of his late cousin whom he considered as his big sister, Blanche (Bea) Roy, and her late husband, William Aronson, Michael Aronson (Rhoda Stein); and their sons, Mark and Adam, and their family; Carol Aronson (Henry Holtzman) and their daughter, Samantha and their family; several cousins, his dear friend, Renée Verret, whose formative years he greatly influenced (Michel Sergio) and their daughter, Ava; as well as many other good friends.

No ceremony has been planned at this time.

For those who wish to make a donation in his memory, please do so at the Centre d'Accueil Marcelle-Ferron where he received good care, or at the Montreal Heart Institute, where his quality of life was greatly improved for many years.

Our thanks to Dr. Guy Pelletier.
